Miles Palmore Middleton won 1st Place in his division at the Jack and Jill Metropolitan Mothers Workday Cluster Oratorical Contest.  Miles’ speech was nothing short of great. Kudos to him and his proud mother, Heather Palmore. Let us wish him well as he advances to Regional Oratorical Contest at Teen Conference.
